Pulaski man sought in connection to Sunday incident at Pulaski Pawn and Coin

On September 17, 2017, at approximately 6:32 AM, the Pulaski Police Department responded to Pulaski Pawn and Coin on West Main St., in reference to an alarm.

Upon arrival, officers observed a broken window to the business.  Due to the size of the building, officers requested assistance in clearing it for suspects.

Members of the Pulaski Police Department SWAT, Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, Radford City Police Department, Virginia State Police, and Roanoke City Police Department, all responded per mutual aid requests.

It was determined, after a thorough search of the building, that the perpetrator had previously left the scene.

Upon further investigation by this agency, it was determined that multiple firearms were stolen, and a suspect has been identified.

Bradley Duane Hughes, 26, of Pulaski, has been charged with breaking and entering, grand larceny of firearms, property damage, and wearing mask to conceal identity.
