Two arrested in endangered child case

Two people are being held today at New River Valley Regional Jail on no bond following their arrest Tuesday.

Andy Alexander Bosier of High Point, N.C., 41 years old, was arrested for Abuse and Neglect of a Child. He was arrested Tuesday by the Pulaski Police Department.

Ms. Samantha Marie Cochran of Radford, 25 years old was arrested for Abuse and Neglect of a Child, and Obstruction of Justice. She was arrested by the Radford City Police Department.

Radford City Police first reported Tuesday they were looking for an endangered child, Tatiana Bosier is a 5 day old female, 7 pounds, with lots of dark hair.

At the time, police said they believed she was traveling with Bosier and gave a description of a vehicle they believed Bosier was driving.

Sometime later in the day, the missing child was found safe in Pulaski with Bosier.
