   Can’t download the patriot this time. Only part of it appears. Can’t find a way to get it to appear normal.

     Sounds like you’re not clicking the download link.
     Look under the photo of the front page. There is a link in blue. It says “Click to access May 26, 2023.pdf”
     Click on that link and it will download.
