Obituary for Eva Sue Moses Mooney
Eva Sue Moses Mooney, 87, of Pulaski, VA died Wednesday morning, August 28th in Highland Ridge Rehab Center, Dublin. She was born in Pulaski on February 18, 1932 and was the daughter of the late Ben Lee Moses and Anna Mae Clark Moses. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Lawrence Edward Mooney, Sr.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 31st at 1:00 PM from the Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ricky Freeman and Pastor Garnett Byrd officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 12 Noon until the service hour. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.

Family so very sorry for the passing of your sweet momma. We lived behind them off of Crockett Ave and she used to fix moms hair too. Our family is sending prayers for you all.

I am so so sorry…….I know so few of my papaw Clarks people – but Eva Sue was so so very precious….. loved her dearly. I will miss her so much! I bet she was ecstatic to be with Lawrence again. They were the perfect loving couple. My heart broke when he died…. it hurts that she is gone. But I am rejoicing that I have no doubt where they are….. and together!
