Obituary for Bobby Lee Thomas
Bobby Lee Thomas, age 82 of Dublin gained his wings Saturday, June 26, 2021 at the Lewis-Gale Montgomery Hospital. Born April 2, 1939 in Pocahontas, Virginia he was the son of the late George Clinton Thomas & Lillie Gray Thomas. His brother, George Clinton “Bud” Thomas also preceded him in death.
Bobby was a veteran of the United States Army and retired from RAAP with 38 years of service and Virginia Tech.

Graveside funeral services will be held 2:00 PM – Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin where he will receive full military honors.

I am saddened to learn of Bobby’s Passing. It was my privilege to work with him at the Radford Arsenal. I also appreciate the kindness he extended towards my sister in Christ Betty Lindville.

Sorry for the loss of Bobby. I worked with him at the radford Arsenal for several years.I am thankful for his dedication to his work and His help to keep things safe and according to the procedures at the Arsenal.
