2/9: Planning Commission Public Hearing

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Pulaski County Planning Commission will convene to consider a recommendation on the following change to the Pulaski County Zoning Map. In accordance with the Code of Virginia, the Planning Commission will host a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on TUESDAY, February 9, 2021 in the Board Room of the County Administration Building, 143 Third Street, NW, in the Town of Pulaski to consider comments regarding the application listed below;

Petition by applicant Donald Scott & Teresa A. Brookman to rezone a portion of the property from Medium Density Residential (MDR) to Low Density Residential (LDR), at Tax Map#067-001-0000-0030 located at 4736 Lakeland Road, Ingles District.
Comments may be presented orally, or in writing, prior to the meeting or in person at the public hearing. Information regarding the matter(s) referenced above is available for public inspection from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Community Development Department, County Administration Building, 143 Third Street, NW, Suite 1 in the Town of Pulaski or by phoning (540) 980-7710.
