Martha Phelps Newman, age 81 of Newport Richey, FL, died Monday, January 2, 2023 in Newport Richey, FL.  She was born in Pulaski, Va on August 29, 1941, and was the daughter of the late Gertrude and George Phelps.  She retired as a transportation coordinator for a public school system.  She is the wife of Franklin P. Goff.

Graveside funeral service will be held on Saturday January 14, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in Thornspring Cemetery.
