Griffith Statement on Supreme Court Decision in Sackett v. EPA

U.S. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) released the below statement following today’s Supreme Court decision in Sackett v. EPA:

“I have yet to read the full opinion but am excited that the Supreme Court decided Sackett v. EPA in a manner which limits the EPA’s claimed expansive authority. On first blush, it appears to limit the EPA’s ability to move forward with their disastrous, overreaching, proposed regulations for ‘Waters of the United States’.”
