Former Pulaski Police Chief dies

Former Pulaski Police Chief Herb Cooley passed away October 26, 2024, one day after his 83rd birthday, his son Zach Cooley told The Patriot on Monday night.

He served as Pulaski Police Chief from July 1994 to September 2000.
