WEEKLY REPORT: Virginia State Police Ongoing Crime Suppression Operations, Recovering Firearms, Narcotics, and Investigating Human Trafficking

Virginia State PoliceRICHMOND, VA— From November 19 – December 2, 2025, the Virginia State Police, in partnership with supporting federal and local agencies, achieved significant criminal interdictions. Their ongoing efforts led to the recovery of firearms, the seizure of narcotics, the seizure of U.S. currency, and the investigation of multiple crimes throughout the Commonwealth.
Operation Highlights 
 
Firearms Recovery:
  • A total of 10 firearms were recovered, valued at $5,500 and 505 controlled substance pills.
Narcotics Seizures:
  • Total seized narcotics amounted to 245.3 pounds.
  • Denied revenue from seized narcotics: $3,381,708.
  • Breakdown of narcotics recovered:
  • Cocaine: 20.5 pounds
  • Marijuana: 172.6 pounds
  • Methamphetamine: 39 pounds
  • Psilocybin: 2.9 pounds
  • Ketamine: 2.3 pounds
  • Fentanyl: 4.6 pounds
  • Fentanyl Pills: 505
  • THC Consumables: 24 pounds
  • THC Vapes: 3,748
  • U.S Currency: $22,541
Gaming Enforcement:
  • Eighteen (18) gaming-related tips received (1,971 total to date).
Human Trafficking Investigations:
  • Twenty-six (26) new human trafficking tips received (1,372 total to date).
  • Cases investigated or currently under investigation: 208
  • Individual investigative activities: 3,596
  • Victims identified and offered services: 75
