Due to drought conditions, Town to switch portion of water distribution system to PSA
To help address the ongoing drought conditions at Gatewood Reservoir and concerns with our raw water supply, the Town of Pulaski will be switching a portion of the distribution system to the Pulaski County PSA tomorrow morning, January 9, 2026 beginning at 10 a.m.
While this action may be considered somewhat premature or aggressive, I feel it is in the interest of caution given the available information and alternatives.
We will continue to evaluate Gatewood multiple times a day and update as needed.

What happened to Hogan’s as a back up? The right to draw for water was retained when it was sold. Have they maintained the systems so it is not the primary backup?
