Catherine M. Grubb

Catherine M. Grubb, 89, of Pulaski, Virginia, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones. Born and reared in Pulaski, Catherine was a cherished member of her community, known for her kindness, grace, and unwavering spirit.
Catherine’s legacy endures through her family and the countless memories she created over the years. Her generosity and deep dedication to her faith and family will never be forgotten.
Those who loved her will forever hold her dear in their hearts and will keep her memory alive.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ella Grubb Miller, and her stepfather, Thomas R. Miller. Catherine is survived by her siblings: brother: Everett L. Grubb, Sr. (Rosemma) and sisters: Kim M. Edmonds and Stephanie K. (Silas) Marchbanks; nephews: Everett L. Grubb, Jr., Edward S. Adams, John W. Edmonds III, and Silas Akeem Marchbanks; nieces: Ashley D. Edmonds, Erica L. Grubb, Tenisha R. Marchbanks, and Ann E. Yates (Dwayne); along with a host of relatives and friends.
A service celebrating her life will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Randolph Avenue United Methodist Church, located at 1607 Randolph Avenue N.W., Pulaski, Virginia. The family will receive friends beginning at 12 p.m., prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Randolph Avenue United Methodist Church, Pulaski, Virginia.

Stephanie, I am very sorry for your loss. Ms Grubb was a beautiful person inside and out. She was blessed with a long life and I am sure she will be in her heavenly home. I pray comfort for you my friend and the rest of the family. Rita Jarrells Cook
