Glencoe Mansion Hosts Art Show by The Radford Photo Club

Radford, VA–The Glencoe Mansion Museum & Gallery will open a new art show of photographs by members of The Radford Photo Club. The show will be on display February 5 through February 28. There will be an opening reception Thursday, February 5, from 5 to 6:30PM.
The Radford Photo Club is made up of professional and amateur photographers from throughout the New River Valley. The members meet monthly to share photographs, explore new techniques and subject matter and often create assignments to work on both as a group and independently. The club also hosts guest speakers, presentations, and educational workshops relating to photography.
The new exhibit at Glencoe Mansion will feature twenty-four pieces, which include both black & white and color images. The works are by thirteen local photographers, including Tracy Burlingame, Bob Daniels, Allison Franklin, Mike Gummer, Rebecca Harris, e.n.hinrichs, Gary Mallery, Dave Notter, Joseph Pack, Adi Ben Senior, Joyce Sims, Susan Trulove and Linda Waggaman.
Members of The Radford Photo Club enjoy outings that provide opportunities to practice their artistic craft. They always welcome new people at meetings, held monthly at Radford Public Library. All are welcome to attend and admittance to the Glencoe Mansion Museum & Gallery is free. Glencoe Mansion, Museum and Gallery is open Wednesday through Saturday 10AM to 4PM and Sunday from 1 to 4PM.
