Touch-A-Truck tickets on sale now
[Christiansburg, VA] July 1, 2026 – Get ready to climb, explore, and make memories! Tickets for Touch-A-Truck NRV go on sale Wednesday, July 1 for one of the New River Valley’s favorite family events.
Hosted by the New River Valley Home Builders Association, Touch-A-Truck NRV returns on Saturday, August 15, 2026 from 10am-3pm at Uptown Christiansburg.
This year’s event features dozens of construction vehicles, emergency response vehicles, utility trucks, and heavy equipment for children and adults to explore up close. Families can also enjoy the Touch-A-Trade Zone, interactive activities, and hands-on experiences throughout the day. A sensory friendly experience with no horns and sirens will be available from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
The best part? Kids are FREE! Adult tickets are just $5. Touch-A-Truck NRV is proud to partner with Setter Construction to launch a community food drive during this year’s event. Adults who bring three non-perishable food items on the event day will receive free admission. Proceeds from Touch-A-Truck NRV support the Building Futures Foundation, the charitable arm of the New River Valley Home Builders Association.
