PCHS Cross Country Season Is Underway — Runners Still Welcome!

Cross country season is in full stride, and the PCHS Cross Country Team is still looking for dedicated student-athletes ready to hit the trails!
Practice: Currently underway and still accepting runners — no tryouts, no cuts, and no prior experience required, just a willingness to work hard and improve every day
“We’d love to have anyone interested in running join our program,” said Head Coach Jared Smith. “Cross country is a great opportunity to challenge yourself, build endurance, and be part of a supportive team environment.”
Whether you’re a seasoned runner, an athlete from another sport looking to build off-season fitness, or someone trying cross country for the first time, there’s still time to join and be part of this season. The team is especially hoping to hear from incoming freshmen and underclassmen looking for a way to stay active, compete, and become part of the Cougar athletic community.
Please remember that an updated VHSL physical must be on file at the high school before you can participate.
Bring your running shoes, your determination, and come find out what PCHS Cross Country is all about!
