Pulaski Community Halloween Blood Drive Invites Donors to “Give Something That Matters” This Halloween Season
PULASKI, Va. – The American Red Cross invites community members to roll up their sleeves and help save lives at the Pulaski Community Halloween Blood Drive on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Pulaski Train Depot.
As families prepare for Halloween festivities, local residents have an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by donating blood for hospital patients facing cancer treatments, traumatic injuries, surgeries, chronic illnesses, and other medical emergencies.
“While costumes and candy are part of the Halloween season, there is no better treat than helping save a life,” said Jackie Reid, HR Director for the Town of Pulaski, “Every blood donation has the potential to help multiple patients and ensure hospitals have the lifesaving blood products they need.”
Blood donations often decline during the busy fall season, making community blood drives especially important. The Pulaski Community Halloween Blood Drive aims to strengthen the local blood supply while bringing together neighbors in support of patients in need.
