Anonymous tip leads to arrests

On January 14, 2019, the Pulaski Police Department received an anonymous tip regarding the whereabouts of a wanted subject.

At approximately  3:44 PM, the subject was seen leaving the residence in a vehicle by Officer W.T. Carpenter, subsequently pulled over and detained, with the assistance of Sgt. J.D. Saul and Cpl. A.S. Thompson.

David Jason Lane, 43, of Pulaski was taken into custody for a probation violation stemming from felony burglary.  Carolyn Marie Manuel, 49, of Pulaski, was charged with possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine.

Both individuals were transported to the New River Valley Regional Jail.
