The individual also exhibited physical characteristics indicating intoxication. Sergeant Grim attempted to detain the individual but he escaped the grasp of Sergeant Grim, struck the officer, and then fled on foot. The male suspect was later located and arrested. He was initially charged with being intoxicated in public while the investigation into additional charges was being pursued.
