Betty Sue Keen

Betty Sue Keen, age 85 of Dublin passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at her home.

 

Born May 27, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Ervin W. Jackson & Myrtle M. Oquin. She was also preceded in death by her husband William Estil Keen and sons Bobby Keen, Jerry Keen; brothers Junior Jackson and Sammy Jackson.

 

 

Betty is survived by her

 

Children – Russell (Diane) Keen, Steve Keen, Jim Keen, Patsy Justice

 

6 Grandchildren   11 Great Grandchildren          

 

Siblings –  Mildred (Graham) Dawson, Donna (Jeffery) Moorrell, Brenda Jackson, Gerald Jackson, Jerry Jackson, Debbie Jackson

 

Pallbearers – Ryan Keen, Jeremy Keen, Tylor Keen, Austin Keen, Grayson Lockhart and Derek Keen

 

(Honorary Pallbearers) Thomas Day, Jimmy Gilbert and Jackson Gilbert

 

 

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM – Monday, August 17, 2026 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Minister Eddie Gilpin officiating. Interment will follow at 2:30 PM  at the Clinch Valley Memorial Cemetery in Richlands, Virginia.

 

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until service time Monday at the Funeral Home.

 

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be sent to the Pulaski Church of Christ (3712 Newbern Road, Pulaski, VA).
