Bristol State Liners Grabs Lead In Eighth Inning To Defeat Pulaski River Turtles

Bristol State Liners snagged a late lead and defeated Pulaski River Turtles 8-7 on Thursday. The game was tied at seven with Bristol State Liners batting in the bottom of the eighth when Daniel Stephens doubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.

Bristol State Liners earned the victory despite allowing Pulaski River Turtles to score six runs in the fifth inning. Pulaski River Turtles‘s big inning was driven by a single by John Bay, a home run by Cameron Leary, and a double by Mark Trotta.
