Cougar girls hold off Patrick Henry

     Pulaski County’s girls basketball team held on down the stretch to win a tough contest over Class 5 Patrick Henry Wednesday evening. The final score was 55-54 as PH outscored the Cougars 14-9 in the fourth quarter.

     The Cougar effort was led by senior point guard Maddie Ratcliff with 17 big points, and the inside work of Ally Flennor who finished with 13. That effort overcame a game high performance of 22 points from PH’s Savannah Derey.
