Cougars Lose Round 1 To Bobcats

Pulaski County played host to Radford and Carroll County on Thursday at Draper Valley GC.

The Bobcats won by 1 stroke, 315 – 316 over the Cougars. Carroll County was a distant third with a score of 358. Hunter Crist was medalist for the day, firing a splendid even par round of 72.  Evan Singleton, Will Rackaway, Cayden Mines and Ethan Clark of PC all shot 79 to tie for second along with Radford’s Owen Horton.

The teams will tee it up again this week at the River Course for round 2 of golf’s version of “The Battle of the Bridge”.
