Roger Dale Bruce, 68 of Belspring, son of the late Donald Louis Bruce and Edith Gerlean Giles Bruce, died Monday, August 30, 2021 at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center.  Arrangements are pending with Seagle Funeral Home, Pulaski.
