Donald Foster Ratcliffe

Donald Foster Ratcliffe, affectionately known as “Don Juan or Donnie,” passed away at his home on Case Knife Ridge Road in Pulaski on October 5, 2026, following a battle with cancer.

Donnie was born in Pulaski on November 24, 1955, and was the son of the late Charlie Robert Ratcliffe and Ada Pinkard Ratcliffe.

In addition to his parents, Donnie was preceded in death by his beloved son, Zachary “Zach” Foster Ratcliffe; two brothers (Danny and Richard); and three sisters (Bobbi, Eva, Sherry.)

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Kayla Ratcliffe and her husband Michael and his grandchildren, Lucas, Ava, and Brooke, all of Pulaski; his sister, Alice “Becky” O’Dell of Patrick Springs; his brother, Ronald Ratcliffe and wife, Sandra, of Snowville; Sister in Law Patty Ratcliffe of Dublin, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, neighbors, friends, and others whose lives he touched throughout the years.

In accordance with Donnie’s wishes, he will be cremated. No formal service is planned at this time.

May those who knew and loved Donnie remember him in their own way and carry his memory with them in the days ahead.

The family is in the care of Norris – Pulaski
