Emergency Needs Task Force collecting toys, food

The Emergency Needs Task Force (ENTF) of Pulaski County will be collecting toys and non-perishable food items to help those in need this holiday season.

Tis the season of giving and we invite you to join us in our effort to help ensure a joyous holiday season for all by dropping off donations at the Trinity Baptist Church (4008 Robinson Tract Road) in Pulaski on Saturday, Dec. 15 between the hours of 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Most needed items for the Food Pantry include: canned meats (chicken, beef, tuna/salmon), oatmeal, boxed pasta meals, hearty soups, instant potatoes, canned fruit, canned vegetables, dry cereal and snacks for school lunches. To fill ENTF’s Toy Box we are asking for donations of new unwrapped toys for boys and girls ages 1 – 10 years old.

The Emergency Needs Task Force (ENTF) of Pulaski County is an incorporated, non-profit organization whose sole purpose is to provide emergency assistance to lower-income residents who are unable to meet emergency needs for fuel, shelter, utilities and food. The ENTF is governed by a Board of Directors and the daily business is handled by the staff of New River Community Action in Pulaski.
