Four RBI Day For Joey Fregosi Brings In Win For Pulaski River Turtles Over Burlington Sock Puppets
Joey Fregosi drove in four on three hits to lead Pulaski River Turtles past Burlington Sock Puppets 16-3 on Thursday. Fregosi drove in runs on a double in the third, a single in the fourth, and a single in the fifth.
Pulaski River Turtles opened up scoring in the first inning, when Garrett Rice grounded out, scoring one run.
Pulaski River Turtles tallied six runs in the third inning. Jackson Beaman, Conner Gore, Cameron Leary, Fregosi, and Evan Minarovic powered the big inning with RBIs.
Joan Jesus Gonzalez got the win for Pulaski River Turtles. The righty lasted five innings, allowing zero hits and zero runs while striking out seven.
