Male student, 18, arrested for contributing to delinquency of a minor at PCHS
On Monday, October 25, 2021, Pulaski County High School SRO Sergeant Bowden was notified of a male student, who attends Pulaski County High School, contributing to the delinquency of a minor while on school property.
Due to the age of one of the students, he is considered an adult in the Commonwealth of Virginia and was subsequently arrested and transported to the New River Valley Regional Jail.
A warrant was requested and issued for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor against Austin Lee Lytton of Dublin, Virginia.
Due to the victim being considered a juvenile, the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office said no further information will be released at this time.

How is an 18 year old charged with contributing when they are too young themselves? Legal age for anything is 21….he can’t legally contribute to a minor bc he is still under the age allowed to buy cigarettes, herbs, alcohol…even if it was drugs, he’s still in high school with his peer group

The laws are Fu!!! Up in Virginia. You have to be 21 for everything except when they want you to be an adult! You can fight for your country but not drink a beer when you get home

I think he shouldn’t have done it in the first place, let alone on school property. I have no clue what he was thinking.
