A mobile home was destroyed by fire Monday afternoon in Pulaski.
According to Pulaski Fire Chief Robbie Kiser, his department received the call for a structure fire at 255 Bentley Hollow Road, Lot 44 at 12:34 p.m.
Fire units arrived three minutes later and found heavy fire coming from the residence with all occupants already outside the structure.
Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire using 1000 gallons of water with an engine and 19 personnel from Pulaski Fire Department.
Draper Fire Department also assisted with an engine and four personnel. Newbern FD assisted with an air truck. A fire medic crew along with REMSI, Pulaski County Emergency Management and Pulaski Police Department also assisted with the fire. The Red Cross was called to assist the displaced subjects from the fire.
The Pulaski Fire Marshal’s office is investigating the cause of the fire.
The structure was deemed a total loss.
All units cleared the fire scene at 2:45 p.m.
