WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT
TO 11 AM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 13
  inches expected, with higher amounts possible along the Blue
  Ridge and foothills.

* WHERE...Portions of south central, southwest and west central
  Virginia and north central North Carolina.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 11 AM EST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will become very difficult to
  impossible. Visibilities in heavy snow will be greatly reduced.
  Some power outages will be possible.

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions will make travel very hazardous or impossible. If you
must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your
vehicle in case of an emergency.
