Northam: Phase 2 begins Friday for most of state
Gov. Ralph Northam announced today that most of Virginia will enter Phase 2 of the state’s COVID-19 reopening plan.
This means restaurants can seat customers indoors at 50 percent capacity and gyms can open at 30 percent capacity.

Really? How dumb. I mean it isn’t like there are 50,000 cases of COVID-19 in Virginia or anything. So it should all be fine! 🤦♀️
