Obituary for Alma Marie Lefler DeHart

Alma Marie Lefler DeHart, age 85 of Pulaski passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023, at the Pulaski Health & Rehab Center.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Delmer William DeHart, her parents Claude and Ina Lefler of Draper, her brothers, Dennis, Damon, Raymond, Claude Lefler, Jr., and James Lefler. Sisters, Beatrice Gravely, Helen Frazier, and Margaret Huff.

Survivors include a sister and care giver, Beulah Shinault of Bedford. Also surviving are nieces and nephews. A special niece and care giver Teresa Kemp of Max Meadows. Another special niece, Sandra Irene Lefler Higgins of Dayton, Tennessee.

A special friend (like a sister) and care giver, Alma Houchins of Fort Chiswell.  Other care givers include, Becky Lefler Dalton, Love Johnson, and Nellie Pettit.

There will be no visitation or viewing per the request of Marie.

Graveside Services will be held at the Memorial Christian Church Cemetery in Draper on Thursday, February 23 at 3:00 in the afternoon with Pastors Bobby Osborne and Solly Overstreet officiating. Pall Bearers will be Dennis Hanks, James DeHart, Ray DeHart, Ronald Frazier, Skip Stevens and Matt Stevens.
