Obituary for Bessie Mae Foutz O’Dell
Bessie Mae Foutz O’Dell, age 87 formerly of Dublin passed away Saturday, April 25, 2020 in the Richfield Nursing Center.
Born December 28, 1932 in Bedford, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Warren Lafayett Foutz and Carula Bell Lemons Foutz. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Rudolph O’Dell; one daughter, Kathie Lynn Quesenberry; brothers, James Anthony Foutz, Warren Junior Foutz and Linwood Foutz and sister, Dorothy (Dot) O’Dell.
Mr. and Mrs. O’Dell formed the Max Mountain Gospel Singers in 1955 in Pulaski. They made records and tapes and had a program on WBLB for many years.

Private family graveside services will be held Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin with Pastor Michael Blouse officiating.
