Preceding her in death were her parents Elizabeth B. Willis and Britt Barbre, and sister Lynn B. Price.

Carol was a 1959 graduate of Dublin High School and a graduate of New River Community College with an AAS in Accounting.  She enjoyed a brilliant 40-year career with Farm Credit of Southwest Virginia, retiring as the Chief Financial Officer in 2000.  Carol was dedicated to both her career and her family.  She was an extraordinary cook, enjoyed interior design, and never missed seeing her grandchildren’s sporting events and activities.
