Obituary for Carolyn Sue Hall Safewright
Carolyn Sue Hall Safewright, age 73 of Draper, died Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at her residence. She was born on August 23, 1947 in Pulaski, and was the daughter of the late Mary Opal Hicks Hall and Foy Macgill Hall. Carolyn retired from the Pulaski County Clerk of Court’s Office, and was a member of the Draper Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church.
In addition to her parent’s, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles T. Safewright: brother; Ronnie M. Hall.
She is survived by her son: Brian C. (Errica) Safewright of Madison, AL: daughter; Angela (Daniel) Wright of Fairplay, SC: brother: Richard L. (Robin) Hall of Pulaski: sister; Sharon Sl. Hall of Wytheville. Also survived by two nieces: Amanda Spain of Shawsville and Alison Pollard of Rural Retreat, and a special friend: Mary Mabe.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Seagle Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Ingo officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Flowers will be appreciated, but for those who wish, they may make memorial contributions in her memory to Draper Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church 5662 E. Lee Highway Max Meadows, VA 24360.

Carolyn was such a giving person. I owe her such a debt of gratitude for her help in the past. She will surely have many stars in her crown. My condolences to her family.
