Charles Ezra Harvey, age 70 of Max Meadows passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at his home. Born December 14, 1949 in Monroe County, WV he was the son of the late Newman Altman Harvey & Elizabeth Eula Thornton Harvey.
He retired from Volvo with over 30 years of service.
