Chris was a fine Man, he served his Country and Community with great pride and dedication. I had the honor to call him “Teammate” while serving on the VTPD SWAT Team together. He was the definition of service and professionalism and will be missed. Rest easy Brother!

Chris was a great man, the first time I met him I was coming up at a check point at work where someone was found with contraband and Chris was walking around telling people what to do. I immediately got out my car and he told me to move it. Then we started barking like dogs to each other until we found out each other’s rolls in this and we both apologized and laughed about it. Then after he found out I lived close to him, he’d invite me over but I never had a chance to come over. He always told me if i ever needed his help to stop by or call. Chris you will be missed buddy, rest easy my friend. To his family, lean on Christ for healing and comfort.
