Obituary for Donnie Sue Millirons Phipps
Donnie Sue Millirons Phipps, age 70 of Little Creek Community of Pulaski County, died Monday, May 31, 2021 at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center. She was born on November 3, 1950 in Bland County, and was the daughter of the late Rosie Millirons and Walter Vance Millirons. She was a member of the Millirons United Methodist Church in Little Creek.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers: Mason Vance Millirons and Thomas Millirons, and a sister, Dolly M. Banes. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Rhea Phipps of Little Creek, and a sister Delphine Banes of Little Creek, along with many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Seagle Funeral Home with the Rev. Linda Hale and Pastor Derek Cowan officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday prior to the service from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A graveside committal will be held on Friday at 10:00 a.m. at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery.

Tommy and family, this really saddens me to hear. Donnie was a beautiful lady inside and out. Her smile would make your day. She will always be remembered by me. Rest in peace my friend.
