Obituary for Eileen Alice Frost Jackson

Eileen Alice Frost Jackson, age 90 of Pulaski, died Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at her residence.  She was born in Pulaski on October 27, 1929, and was the daughter of the late Lyndle Rorrer Frost and Hayward Clayton Frost.  She was retired from Coleman Furniture Co. with 30 years of service in Accounts Receivable Office.  She was a long-time member of the Aldersgate United Methodist Church where she served as financial secretary, treasurer of ladies group, and assisted in Lord’s Acre preparations and sales, and was a 1946 graduate of Pulaski High School. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, of 63 years, Chester Blair Jackson, Jr.

She is survived by cousins, Walter (Buddy) and Gloria Frye, Jr. of Radford, John (Tim) Frye, Sr. of Radford, Ruth Cummings Pughe of England, Allen and Vickie Frost of Roanoke, and Charlotte Frost of Pulaski:  sister-in-law; Betty and Iky Carper of Roanoke.  Her extended family includes; Mr. and Mrs. Pete Richardson, Angie, Baleigh, Lafon, Marcy, Sonya.

Funeral service will be held Sunday, December 8, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Seagle Funeral Home with the Rev. Becky Wheeler officiating.  A private interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Sunday at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
