Obituary for Gail Hall Frazier

Norris StevensGail Hall Frazier, 67 of Dublin passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 12, 2023, while spending the morning at home. Gail was loved by all who knew her, and she kept a special place in her heart for everyone she had ever met.

Preceded in death by her parents, Robert David Hall, and Delma Gregory Hall. Also meeting her in heaven will be her beloved husband, Seargent Donald Lee Frazier, Sr., and her son, Donald Lee Frazier, Jr. Also preceding her in death is a granddaughter, Jamie Lee Frazier and a grandson, James Hunter Barker.

Left to cherish her memory will be her companion, Ronald Blevins. Daughters, Delorise Irene Frazier of Pulaski, and Crystal Frazier Barker (Chris) of Stewarts Draft. Brother, Wesley Thomas Wharf of Madison Heights and a Half Sister, Debbie Street (Thurman) of Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Also surviving are a grandson, Wyatt Thomas Wharf (Savannah) and great grandchildren, Azalia Rose Wright, and Shawn Barker.

Gail was an active lady with a heart full of public service. She donated much of her time and energies to Moose Lodges in Dublin and Pulaski as well as the Pulaski Ruritan, Pulaski VFW, and the Pulaski American Legion. Affectionately known as Mrs. Santa in local Christmas Parades and other holiday functions in the New River Valley.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023, beginning at 2:00 at the Dublin Christian Church located at 5605 Dunlap Road in Dublin with Pastor Terry Hodge officiating. Inurnment will be private at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery at another date and time.
