Obituary for Irene Shelby Jennings
Irene Shelby Jennings, 81, of Draper went to heaven peacefully in her sleep on April 23, 2022. She was the daughter of Frank M. Gregory and Willie Inez Crowder Gregory. She was also preceded in death by her loving Husband, Bobby Jennings. Also five sisters; Thelma Jennings, Delma Hall, Earline Foutz, Jerlene Dalton and Betty Oxford. Three half-brothers; Boyd Gregory, Brooks Gregory and John Gregory. Surviving is one beloved sister; Stella Dalton.
To Cherish her memory, she has two sons; Junior (Linda) Flinchum and Randy M. Flinchum. Granddaughter; Paula B. Flinchum. Great granddaughter; Stevi. Great great grandson; Paulo. Step grandson; Brad Roope and step great great grandson; Jessie Roope.
Shelby lived a long and happy life. She had some exciting travels in her life with her husband Bobby while he was in the United States Navy. Most of her later years she enjoyed her home in Draper with her family and grand babies. She had lots of friends and in her special little circle were Peggy, Mary, Dovie, Stephanie, Debbie, Susie and Jimmy.
Family will greet friends on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Norris Stevens Funeral Home at 815 Randolph Avenue in Pulaski. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 in the chapel.
A funeral service will take place at Norris Stevens Funeral Chapel on Thursday, April 28, 2022 beginning at 12:30 officiated by Pastor Josh Arnold. Interment will follow at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery.

My heart is so saddened by her passing. She was a wonderful person with a beautiful smile. She will be missed. Prayers for comfort for her family.

Such a sweet lady . I met her. While visiting Virginia with. My Husband Thomas Wesley Gregory. She was such a special person . God bless her Family prayers for peace.
