Joseph “Joe” Elbert Miller, age 60 of Draper passed away Monday, May 6, 2019 at his home.
Born June 11, 1958 in Wilmington, Delaware he was the son of the late Elbert Francis Miller & Mary Louise Ennis Miller.
Joe graduated from Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes, Delaware, he then attended Sterling Institute in Vermont.
He was a member of the Pulaski Presbyterian Church in America.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM – Saturday, May 11, 2019 at the Pulaski Presbyterian Church in America 975 Memorial Drive, Pulaski, VA with Rev. John Gess officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.
The family will receive friends between 6:00-8:00 PM – Friday evening at the Bower Funeral Home, 1631 Bobwhite Blvd., Pulaski.

I am so sad to hear of Joe passing away. He was an incredible man. Infectious smile and always would do anything in the world for anybody. You will be missed brother. RIP
