Obituary for Larry Dale Hancock, Sr.

Larry Dale Hancock, Sr., age 82 of Draper passed away Friday, December 9, 2022 at the Lewis-Gale Hospital – Pulaski. Born December 14, 1939 in Draper, Virginia he was the son of the late Buford Palmer Hancock & Maggie May Phillips Hancock. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Daniel “Pete” Hancock, Benny Franklin Hancock, Sr., David Hancock and sister, Velma Jane Winebarger.

He retired from the RAAP after 25 years of service.

Grandchildren – Joseph, Jonathan (Chelsey), Jason, Madison, Ashley, Carrie

Brothers – Dallas “Mutt” Hancock – Draper, Gary Hancock – NC

Sister – Diane Holdren – Roanoke

The family will be having a private graveside service at the Duncan Family Cemetery in Draper, Virginia.
