He was born on June 18, 1975 in Pulaski, VA and attended area schools.  His years at PCHS were dominated by his love and dedication to the football program, its coaching staff, and players.  He was a familiar sight leading the team into Kenneth J. Dobson Stadium and onto Joel Hicks Field.  He loved local football.

He competed in professional wrestling starting in 1992 as “Bad Boy Buck”, “Tadpole”, and some other show names.  He loved to entertain.

Buck was preceded in death by his parents, Marcia Carroll Blevins and Larry Junior Blevins.  He is survived by his uncles, aunts, and many cousins.  His many teammates from football, softball, and wrestling were a joy to him and a source of support.  He loved keeping in touch with people through visits, phone calls, video and social media.
