Obituary for Lorene Duncan Beamer
Lorene Duncan Beamer, age 94, of Pulaski Virginia passed early Saturday morning, August 31, 2019.
She was born in Pulaski and was the daughter of the late Clyde L. and Maude A. Duncan.
Lorene was a former secretary at Xaloy Corp. and also worked at the former Pulaski Flowers for many years. She was active in the local Garden Club and as a member of the First United Methodist Church of Pulaski. She spent the last 6 years as a resident of Pulaski Health and Rehabilitation.
Mrs. Beamer was predeceased by her husband David and her daughter Eleanor Gnann.
She is survived by her son David Jr. (wife Margaret) of Ellenton, Florida, 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
A private family burial will be held at the Chapel at Highland Memorial Cemetery in Dublin, VA on September 14th at 11 AM.

I remember Loreen Beamer as a friend and co-worker at Xaloy. She was a true Southern lady. She will be missed.
