Obituary for Nora Strouth Stanberry
Nora Strouth Stanberry, age 93 of Dublin passed away Sunday, May 5, 2019 at her home.
Born September 3, 1925 in Saltville, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Henry Strouth and Lummie Cahill Strouth. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Clifford Stanberry; brother, Joe Strouth; and sisters, Lucille Powell and Nettie Cornwell.
She was a long- time member of the Dublin Baptist Church. Mrs. Stanberry was a very dedicated member of the Pulaski YMCA where she enjoyed swimming and exercising. She also visited patients in nursing homes on a regular basis to read to them.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 2:00 PM – May 8, 2019 at the Dublin Baptist Church with Pastor Dennis Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.
Visitation will Wednesday 1:00 PM until service time at the church.
The family will be meeting at Monica’s home @ 5120 Crestview Drive, Pulaski, VA (Newbern area) at other times.
