Obituary for Peggy Cox Quesenberry

Peggy Cox Quesenberry, age 83 of Pulaski, died Friday, May 20, 2022 at Lewis Gale Hospital – Pulaski.  She was born in Pulaski on August 15, 1938, and was the daughter of the late Virginia Ellen Hall Cox, and the late Cecil Claude Cox.

A woman of beauty, virtue, and love, she enveloped the true meaning of a godly woman.  She leaves behind her beloved husband of 61 years, Thomas Alfred Quesenberry of Pulaski:  daughters; Donna Tam of Pulaski, and Kim (Major Gray) Scott of Radford:  brother; Dennis (Millie) Cox of Pulaski:  grandchildren; Alex Ratcliffe, Hannah (Zac) Richardson, Greyson Merrell, and Matthew Quesenberry:  great-grandchildren; Addie Quesenberry, Olive Quesenberry, Thomas “Little Grey” Quesenberry, and Cooper Richardson:  sister-in-law; Neta Farmer: brother-in-law; Walker (Rose) Quesenberry.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Seagle Funeral Home, with Pastor Linda Butcher officiating.  Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin.  Pallbearers will be Roger Flinchum, Jr., Zac Richardson, Joel Cox, Alex Ratcliffe, Matthew Quesenberry, and Greyson Merrell.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.  Flowers will be appreciated, but for those who wish to make a memorial contribution in her memory, please do so to a local charity.
