Obituary for Phillip Kent Mitchell
Phillip Kent Mitchell, age 59 of Dublin, passed away Monday, February 7, 2022 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was born in Pulaski on November 16, 1962, and was the son of the late Vaneda Rhoades Roseberry and the late Truby Kenneth Roseberry. Phillip’s occupation for many years was at Volvo Trucks in Dublin. He enjoyed spending days riding the backroads either on his Harley or Honda.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded by two brothers; John Michael Mitchell, and Lawrence Kenneth (Sunny) Roseberry and a sister; Debra Mitchell Rumley.
He is survived by three sons: Tanner Kent Mitchell of Kansas City, MO, Tyler David Henley Dublin, Tanner Matthew Cox of Dublin. His Daughter, Hannah Elaine (Tyler) Evans: his fiancé; Kristie Leigh-Ann Owens: Three brothers; Gerald Keith (Janet) Mitchell of Pulaski, Jeffrey Allen (Chrissy) Taylor of AL, and Robert Wayne (Sharon) Roseberry Christiansburg. Grandchildren; Emalyn Fae Evans, and Everleigh Rose Evans.
Pallbearers will be Tanner Mitchell, Tyler Henley, Tyler Evans, Tyler Gray, Larry Bralley, Freddie Collins.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 13, 2022 1:00 p.m. at Seagle Funeral Home, with Bobby Roseberry and Roger Rumley officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. There will be no visitation. So very sorry! Kent was a very close friend of my husband Brian who also passed away in May. Mine and my sons prayers are with the family!

Worked with him at Volvo allways smiling and a nice guy.when ever we saw each other out he would allways stop and talk RIP ol pal
