Obituary for Rhonda Lynn Radcliffe Sutphin (Buckner)
On September 14, 2021, Rhonda left her earthly home to join her Heavenly Father where there will be no pain. She was born to James Radcliffe & Ethel Radcliffe Boothe on July 22, 1960 in Radford, Virginia and will be reunited with them once again along with her sister Jill Dalton, Her niece Brandy Dalton Simmons, nephew Brad Radcliffe and a niece by marriage, Megan Radcliffe.
Rhonda’s spirit and her love will remain on with her son Hunter Sutphin & his dad, Tim Sutphin who took care of Rhonda through her sickness and remained vigilant by her side till the end. She also leaves behind brothers, Mike (Debbie) Radcliffe, James (Missy) Radcliffe, niece Jessica McMillan & family, nephew Joey Radcliffe and daughters.
Rhonda’s wishes will be carried out with no services.
Arrangements by Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski.

Rhonda may be gone but she will not be forgotten. She was a sweet Lady and had a beautiful smile for everyone. Fly high . RIP

Tim,
I’m so sorry to learn of Rhonda’s passing. Yet, I’m glad that you were there to care for her. That is beautiful. You all were a beautiful couple and greatly admired by me, and I’m sure by all who knew you, as well. I know y’all loved each other, and were fortunate to have lived the dream. I know she appreciated you more than what could be spoken. All the best to you and Hunter,
