Obituary for Sharon Yvonne Caviness Kemp

Sharon Yvonne Caviness Kemp, age 59 went to be with her Lord Jesus Christ at 7:47 AM – Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at the Lewis-Gale Hospital in Salem. Born February 21, 1962 in Carroll County she was the daughter of the late Alvin & Myrtle Mabry Caviness. She was also preceded in death by her two brothers, Archie Wayne Caviness, James Edward Caviness, her special aunt, Mattie Bell Coble and nephew, Timmy Quesenberry.

She is survived by her 

Husband – Timothy “Tim” Kemp – Radford

Sister – Wanda Lang – Christiansburg

Nephews – Rodney Quesenberry, Christopher (Ruth) Quesenberry, Lewis (Leah) Quesenberry – all of Christiansburg

Great Nieces – Brittany Burton, Maleah Quesenberry, Ashley Lucas, Abbe Quesenberry, Emily Quesenberry, AnnMarie Quesenberry, Meagan Quesenberry

Great Nephews – Travis Quesenberry, Josh Quesenberry, Nathan Quesenberry, Eli Quesenberry

Stepson – Jonathan Kemp

Brother-in-law – Joe Kemp

Sister-in-law – Glenna Young

Several Cousins

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM – Saturday, January 15, 2022 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Eddie Dalton officiating. Interment will follow at the Memorial Christian Church Cemetery, Draper.

The family will receive friends between 5:00-7:00 PM – Friday evening at the Funeral Home.
