Toby Andrew Ratcliffe, age 59 of Pulaski passed away Monday, December 30, 2019 at home.
Born October17, 1960 in Pulaski, he was the son of the late Sanders Edgar Ratcliffe & Carrie Elizabeth Dalton Ratcliffe McGraw. His sisters, Jenny Collins, Louise Burton, brothers, Ray Ratcliffe and Tommy Ratcliffe also preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM – Friday, January 3, 2020 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Andrew Dean and Rev. Robert Culler officiating. Interment will follow at the Draper Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church, Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until service time Friday at the funeral home.

Yea,hell of a ball player, I played softball with him and worked at old Pulaski furniture with him years ago. RIP Toby.

Yea me and Toby played alot of softball all over this place tournament almost every weekend Toby liked playing outfield with our team he was s real good player he could play any where on the field we also went to school together all our life Toby was 10 days older than me we lost touch over the years but I will miss seeing him around town Rest In Peace my friend
